NIP invites submission of abstracts for symposium based upon any one theme of the Conference aiming at enhancing well-being, mental health, and productivity of youth. A symposium involves several presenters (at least 4-5) from any one or more institutions aiming to present together under one theme of interest as a team. At the time of submission, abstracts including one general abstract depicting overall aim of symposium and abstracts of proposed presentations (at least 4-5) based upon empirical work must include sufficient supporting material to permit the Scientific Committee to evaluate the quality of work to be presented in symposium. After review from panel of Scientific Committee members, acceptance for symposium presentations will be sent to the corresponding author. Full-text papers will be required to be submitted within 30 days of intimation of abstract approval for presentation to the scientific committee. Researchers who participated as team in symposium and who will submit full-text papers based upon their respective presentation in the symposium within 30 days of the approval of abstract notification will be offered opportunity to get their work published (after the Conference) in Conference Proceedings Book or in Pakistan Journal of Psychological Research (PJPR) indexed in HJRS of HEC (Y-Category), SCOPUS, and other leading indexing and abstracting agencies. Each submitted article will be accepted for publication after extensive reviewing/blind reviewing process streamlined for each type of publication. The deadline for submitting symposium proposals including abstracts is Thursday, August 5th, 2021.
