Poster Guidelines


Poster Size for all Formats

The poster size is 30 (width) x 60 (Height) inches. Please submit your poster with standees. No poster will be accepted without standees.
All Types of Poster will follow the conference theme.

Format for Empirical Posters

For the empirical posters follow the APA-7 research write-up format for representing information in a sequence which is easily understandable. Focus on brief text and present idea and findings of your research in figural format. Posters will be evaluated on the basis of novelty, originality, clarity, organization and presentation, appearance, and contribution and implication.

Relevant to your work following key points can be identified and addressed:
1. Paper title and names of all authors and their institutional affiliations at the top of the poster.
2. Abstract (briefly summary of research).
3. Introduction (Text information with background to address the problem statement. It is not advisable to display the entire text from a manuscript).
4. Method (clearly state the objective, hypotheses, sample, instruments, and procedure of research data collection).
5. Results and Discussion (Use figures and tables to address the objectives and hypotheses stated in method section and relevant supportive literature).
6. Conclusion (salient findings of the research).
7. Limitations and Suggestions.
8. Acknowledgements (if any).

Format for Theoretical Posters

For the theoretical posters follow the infographic format by representing information in a graphic format designed to display the data is easily understandable at a glance. Posters will be evaluated on the basis of novelty, originality, clarity, organization and presentation, appearance, and contribution and implication.

Relevant to your work following key points can be identified and addressed:
1. There must be paper title, names of all authors and their institutional affiliations at the top of the poster.
2. Introduction (Briefly report the text information with background to address the problem statement. It is not advisable to display the entire text from a manuscript).
3. Goals (outline your goals in the form of possible practical assessment of issue).
4. Analyses scheme (Use figures, tables, or photographs to address the issue and analyze the problem statement).
5. Conclusion (Final statement you generated based on salient findings and contribution).
6. Future work suggestions (if any).
7. Acknowledgements

Format for Art Work Posters

You can submit your art work poster based on the conference theme. Art work poster will be evaluated on the basis of novelty, originality, clarity, organization and appearance of message conveyed through art work.

Relevant to your work following key points can be identified and addressed:
1. Artist’s name and title of the art work.
2. Summary: One paragraph narration of your art work comprising of 250-300 words is must.
3. Format of painting: Portrait format which is upright rectangle to be followed to maintain the consistency in appearance with other formats of posters.
4. Medium of the art work: List your medium as simply as possible (for example, oil or water color). You can include more detail, if you feel it is integral to the work (for example, gel medium, tea, sand, dirt, grass on found canvas, and etc).
5. Digital art work or handmade painting both can be submitted.
6. Size of artwork: The measurement of an artwork usually refers to the outer size of the canvas, paper, or other material that is the base of an artwork. The standard is to list the height, then the width. The depth, if applicable, would be listed third so the size to be expected 54 (height) x 30 (width) x 3 (depth) inches.
